1. I have a question about my profile, but I just want to talk to a person. Who do I call?

For any questions or assistance, contact Drew Redfield 303-493-8330 or email Web.Help@CUmedicine.us and your inquiry will be handled promptly.

2. How do I get a provider profile setup and activated on CUdoctors.com?
If you are a University of Colorado School of Medicine faculty member who sees patients you will automatically have a profile in the CU School of Medicine Faculty Information Management System (FIMS) when you get your @ucdenver.edu email account.

3. Where is my profile information displayed?
Your FIMS / CUdoctors profile data is displayed on CUdoctors.com immediately after being saved.  It is subsequently fed to UChealth.org on Monday and Wednesday nights, and it also updates fields on your ChildrensColorado.org profile.  We also share information with external, provider profile sites in order to keep your information accurate and consistent throughout the web.  If you have any questions about this aspect, please email Web.Help@CUmedicine.us.

4. How do I access my profile to make updates?
You can access and update your profile via the "Update My Profile" link in the footer of CUdoctors.com.  Once you're profile has minimal, required data entered, it can be activated to show up in the search results.  Email Web.Help@CUmedicine.us if you're not showing up in search results.

5. I don't want to update my profile, I want my administrator to do it. How do they get access?
Have the administrator contact Drew Redfield at Andrew.Redfield@CUmedicine.us to get setup with administrative access.

6. I am an administrator and I want to manage multiple provider profiles, how do I do that?
Contact Drew Redfield at Andrew.Redfield@CUmedicine.us to get set up with administrative access. If you already have admin access you can sign in with your UCDenver account and update provider profiles.  Download the help guide on this page for more info.

7. I need to upload a new provider photograph or have a new photo taken for my profile. Who do I talk to?
If you need to have a photo taken: Contact Kristin Trawick at 303-493-8331 or Kristin.Trawick@CUmedicine.us to set up a time to have your professional photograph taken free of charge.  Once you've setup an appointment, you can come to the UPI building to have your photo taken - it is a 10-15 minute process. If you'd like our team to come take photos at a meeting for your department/group, we ask that at least 3 people are available to get photos taken and can't guarantee photo quality do to lack of portable equipement.
You can upload a photo you already have via your CUdoctors.com / FIMS profile but we request that you use a professional photo or have a new photo taken to properly market yourself and our organization.  If you're having difficulty, please email WebHelp@CUmedicine.us for assistance.
